  They didn't have the van I booked a month in advance and offered me a bigger van, but tried to charge me more for it. They withdrew the charge when I pushed back but insisted that I had to buy their $25/day insurance because theirs is a "commercial vehicle". I checked my insurance and it covers up to 5000 kg GVW, and it's not the type of vehicle, it's the GVW and its usage. Someone needs to straighten these guys out and get them informed.

  Took a booking in November for an SUV to be used during the last week of December. Contacted me with less than one week's notice to tell me that there were no cars available due to overbooking. Highly unprofessional. I will never use Discount Car Rentals again. Happily, Enterprise Car Rentals can accommodate me now at the last minute, otherwise our family holiday would have been be ruined.

  The only person there, with a sense of proper service, was the shuttle driver. Pickup took close to 2 hrs, the trip was severely delayed, and a good portion of our daytrip was missed. Dropoff was equally frustrating, as they don't organize or filter the flow of customers, forcing you to wait in ridiculous lineups and potentially miss a plane to avoid surcharges attributed to late drop off

  Don’t honor reservations - just didn’t have a car. Threatened to phone police when we complained. Fairly worthless.
