  Great rental company; quick friendly service (no corporate feel), large and luxury cars for a low price, close to the skytrain, and generally no feeling of being ripped off at the till! I got an upgrade twice when there, but even the car I booked would have been great value for money.

  $10/day rental (I had a kia forte for a week) and excellent customer service. Shuttle guy Hussein does his job properly. Desk help ladies are professional and nice. Initially due to the location and small scale of operations I was sorta skeptical and prayed this place is not a scam. It wasn't. It is a legit business with lean operations. But good service. I hope they do well.

  Want to give negative stars. Worst experience we have ever had from a car rental place or any place dealing with customer service. Waited an hour for shuttle in cold and rain weather. Had to call twice for shuttle was told second time we had already been picked up. Then gentlemen filling out form for pick up of car didn't know where to read km on the car. I pointed out where they were and he then put the km left on the tank which was 229 when was returned had 308 km left on tank. I was not given copy of what was signed when leaving the rental place or I would have went back noticing that 229 km was correct but said 3/4 tank of gas. When I returned vehicle was told it had 3/4 of tank not half a tank. Cost me another $22 in gas and we had returned the car a day early but understood we would still be charged for extra day. The extra day was fine but not the $22 in gas. No customer service they just said oh well you signed it not our fault.

  Customer service was excellent. The shuttle driver was pleasant and helpful. He helped solve some rental mix ups which helped me a lot. The rental representative, Davinder, was also excellent in customer service: pleasant, efficient and friendly. The car I got was perfectly satisfactory. All charges were in order.

  Wonderful experience with Tanya and Bob. Fast shuttle bus services. I appreciated their detail explanation on insurance options compares to other rental companies that are pushing to sell the insurance. I will certainly come back for their services again.
