  I have an incredibly unimpresisve first impression with this Bench location. On November 19 (Sunday) Long story short, I wanted to buy and I asked about the return policy. The cashier told me that it was not final sale so I decided to go ahead and buy them. Tuesday I reviewed receipt and I saw that I was overcharged and decided to ask store to adjust the price or refund. The cashier said they could adjust the price for me but not return the money. I had to exchange the extra money for another product in the store. I was in a rush that day and I requested store credit which they denied. They insisted that I had to exchange it on that same day. Finally, I found a shirt to buy and try to cover the extra money, but there was some remaining balance that I requested to be given. The cashier refused and then took the money out of the register and put it aside. I would to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that the money was not for them.

  I was there on Feb 2nd and I bought a Jacket which was on sale for 119.99 and 50% off . I asked my sis to pay and I will b waiting outside. Cashier charged my sis 199.99 Instead of 119.99. and told my sis Its a gift sale and she can exchange anytime. When my sis came outside she told the story I was pissed and went inside with my sis cashier Manpreet said she can't do anything its a gift sale . I told her nicely if the sticker says 119.99 how can she charge my sis 199 she said she told my sis but I am the one who is buying and i donot want to pay that price long story short she went to her manager and gave me discount next time I am not going there they will rip you off and charge you way more Thank God my sis told me about price otherwise they will never give me refund/exchange .
