    Did a drop in appointment. 1.5 hour wait and the "Genius" spent all of 2 min determining my phone could not be fixed. "The charging port is part of the mainboard". Offered to sell me a refurb for $389.

    Don't know what the solution is. Got another appointment to talk to a tech but I am already tired because I thought Steve Job's Wonder Company is different than other companies. All fake - no difference - all show and shine. Sorry, Mac freaks - I am turning my back to Apple because I am running a company and need a functional product.

    I asked for the store manager and he at least was so kind to listen to me. But, he could not help me. He thinks it is a software problem and advised me to update the preloaded software (by the way, he figured out that the store sold me the unit without any update, so I needed to do it at home). But, this did not help either.

    Amazing Customer service like any other Apple store, they always have plenty of newest products available, and the setup is amazing.

    Should be an option for zero stars! My iphone 6s suddenly stopped charging. Took into the Apple store to have it serviced. Couldn't make an appointment online, none available, called in, next appointment more than a week out!!!

    Took to BK iphone repairs... google them.... Long story short $75 later I have a new charging port that IS NOT part of the mainboard.

    Surprised by Apple's low standards. The Apple employee booking appointments was obviously annoyed at something and did not even look at us while taking to us. He was staring into space avoiding eye contact. RUDE!

    Need to give just one star. After 38 years with non-Apple I switched to Apple for testing them. What a negative experience! One day after I purchased a 13" MacBook Air for CAD$1,199 plus taxes etc., the Mac did not transfer files from my Galaxy S6 phone and did stop to run any programs after not using the unit for a few minutes. Only If I restart the system it started normally but stopped again after 10-15 minutes. I went back to the store and needed to lear that I would get help waiting for 4 hours in the store or booking an appointment in 4 days. You know what that means???: They need to have extreme problems with their products if you have to wait so long for an initial assistance.
