  Bad customer service. Wife got me wrong pc hardware and the wanted to charge me 140 bucks restocking fee. So I said not worth it. Used the hardware. Then get email asking what the issue is. Explained every thing and was told if box was not open then you can get hole price back. Explained that box was opened due to being told I have to pay restocking fee. Got email back saying sorry now it's open you have to pay 140 bucks. Thanks for the run around.

  I contacted newegg the following day and spoke to a representative and requested that i use a second payment method but they refused to price match there sale price.

  The staffs are friendly, helpful, extremely patient. However, slow internet order processing time is a huge problem.

  If you're sure of the computer part that you need, Newegg is often quite cheap. You can pick up at their warehouse for free. It was quick and simple. Only thing is they're only open for certain hours and may be difficult for some people.

  I don’t suggest you guys buy this store product! Unless you have excess patient and time. Otherwise go to their store or call them to find out where these are items shipping from! Their partner Purlator is worst delivery company ever. Two or more weeks waiting time is killing my life! Ruining my Christmas Holiday!

  This was my first and last encounter with newegg as i would normally, and from now on, go to NCIX.

  Unimpressed, very unimpressed. Purchased 2 computers online during a sale. That evening (once the sale ended) i received a Order Cancellation Verification Issue email.
