Kitchen cabinet hell. Do not buy a kitchen here! I ordered my kitchen which was so time consuming it was ridiculous. Delivery was approx 3 weeks. I had 2 items they told us to pick up in store and we had to wait past closing to get them. The delivery people put the boxes on the wet ground and left them in the rain. No packing slip either! When we tried to assemble them the drawings were not legible. The printer they used didn’t have enough ink. I spent hours repeatedly calling IKEA. What a nightmare! They do not allow you to call the actual store. The call center told me to drive back to IKEA and get them to give me a better copy. It takes over an hour each way. I asked to have them sent to me and was repeatedly told no. They sent me a link which a cell phone can’t access. After 7 calls and hours of being treated like dirt someone finally sent me the drawings. Unfortunately all the delays meant my countertop appointment had to be cancelled. IKEA is a disorganized disaster. I told them at one point to come get their boxes and they expected me to store them until they felt like picking them up. Had I known how bad the service was I’d never have purchased from them.

It was a good experience. It is an extremely large store (apparently one of the largest in the world). But the size seems to spread the people out so it doesn't feel crowded. Like all Ikea it is well organized. All the staff we asked for help were friendly and very helpful.

Huge store, definitely expanded a few years ago making their selection enormous. Everything and anything you need for your home you will find and they usually have special events including bathroom event, bedroom, or kitchen event, etc which will allow you to save more. Tip: always check the IKEA catalogue or website prior to your shopping day, it will make your day a lot more smooth & give you decorating ideas for your home.

Went to pick up a Christmas tree but they make you buy the voucher in the store then take it back out to the parking lot to get the tree. Some bright marketing or merchandiser's idea to try to get you to walk through the store and impulsively buy more items. Who are they kidding it's not in the consumers best interest or convenience. Just another big box store. Won't get our tree there next year. BTW the tree itself was fine.

I love IKEA. This branch is awesome. Stuff is well stocked, organized, and easy to find. It can be hard to find a staff member for help though. I came here right when they opened on a Saturday, I suggest you do the same. It can be quite busy and I can see finding parking being difficult later on in the day.

Usually busy, but the worst times to shop are on the weekends especially Sundays and holidays.

Best times to shop anytime in the am before 3 pm! Also, parking space is available everywhere. No need to worry!

And last but not least, they have a restaurant upstairs where you will find meatballs, French fries and etc for your family. If you're in a hurry simply grab a $0.75 hot dog or a combo of 2 hot dogs & a drink for $2 :) from the food court counter.
