  It was a pleasure shopping at the Richmond location of LazyBoy with Dallas. She is super knowledgeable and helped me to find the couch that gives me a big hug! I look forward to my beautiful new couch! Shopping was fun. I was not rushed and Dallas encouraged me to ask all the questions that came to mind. Thank you very much - so far so good!

  La-Z-Boy furniture are very well built and solid. No wobbling. Definitely value for money ! Large selection of recliners. I just purchased one. At the Richmond store, customer service is the best. Salesperson Chris Taylor is very knowledgeable, competent with a good sense of humor. He really pays attention to the wants and needs of the customers. Positive experience.

  We went there once to buy some sofa bed and we met with this very nice lady called Crystal. We did not buy the sofa bed that day. Later she called us and said that they have some discounts. We made an appointment to see some recliners (It was her free day and a weekend but she still came ❤️). We had some specific expectations about the recliner/s that we would buy. Crystal listened to us carefully and showed us all the available products which might fit these criteria. After we selected one, she helped us with all fabric and design possibilities, too. I cannot remember his name but this gentleman (I guess he was the design advisor) helped us by showing us the color of some fabrics in daylight using his individual ipad pro ❤️ Thanks to these people we are waiting to get our comfortable and beautiful sofa. All furniture are beautiful and more importantly comfortable. Really positive and helpful staff too.

  My husband and I visited the La-Z-Boy Furniture Store in Richmond today (Dec. 26, 2017) in order to look at rocker-recliner chairs as we were thinking of getting one in the near future. Much to our surprise, we discovered that there was a Boxing Day Sale going on. Within minutes of entering the store, we were warmly greeted by an employee named, Roye Wang. She introduced us to a Customer Experience Manager named, Richard Arnold, to discuss what options were available for us. He was extremely helpful in showing us different varieties of what we were looking for. I have NEVER experienced a salesman who has treated us with such kindness, honesty and humour.
