  Very bad customer service. I was in this store about 40 minutes ago. It was very busy which makes sense just before the new year. I bought 3 bags of groceries and when i got home and unpacked my bags i have realized that one item was missing. (loaf of bread) When i called the store to see if they have it they treated me very badly. The women asked me which register which is OK makes sense and put me on hold for 5 minutes. Another women picked up the phone and asked how much was the bread, what kind of bread , do i have a receipt? I told her that I did not keep the receipt and i don't know how much is the bread then she asked me again exactly what kind of bread like i am lying and making a complaint for a free loaf of bread? When I asked for the manager they just hang up on me. Just to clarify i am not writing this review because of the bread - I understand mistakes happen all the time - i am writing it because the way I was treated.

  Located at Ironwood Mall, parking is ample. Store is spacious and clean. In store bakery with good fresh muffins, cookies and cakes. Produce is fresh and crispy, a reasonable alternative to local Asian fruits and veggies stores. Helpful butchers will cut to order IF they have the meat in store. Marinated skewers of chicken and beef provide a quick ready to cook dinner idea. A very good wine store is available with knowlegable staff. BC wineries only but a wonderful collection. If you go when a winery rep is there, you'll have a chance to taste some lovely selections poured in a stemmed wine glass. Price point on most items less expensive than Safeway.

  Better prices than other grocery stores. Has a wine store inside it now. Good selection. Would be 5 star but it's always busy and tend to wait long in cash lanes.

  for now I am being forced to discontinue my shopping there at this time until it improves.

  We have to go to other store chains to get the regular products and have a better experience all together.

  Same selection as most Save On Foods I've been to, but the staff here are incredible. Every person I've dealt with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. It's rare to see employees like that, so the staff here are doing something very right.

  this place used to be a wonderful place to shop even for easy pick ups. but now they are removing some regular popular items that is making it impossible for my family to shop there as often as we used to do. The district managers and the head office are not helping the customers to improve the store. I have worked in the retailing business since a kid as my dad was a CEO of a company I have seen businesses fail and this store will in the next 6 years if they do not improve all the problems that we customers are demanding from them.

  The district mangers lied to us about the improvements and all the products I mentioned have been removed from their shelves after I asked for them in the store as others had also asked for these changes.
