  Stopped by this evening and bought some rings and earrings.. staff is very kind and nice. Even though there were a lot of customers waiting, they took the time to help me - it was a very relaxed environment. Keep up the good work, will come back to this store for sure.

  I knew exactly what charms I wanted before heading to Pandora cause I did a little bit of research. I went there on two separate days, the first day, Daisy helped me and she was very kind and understanding. The other day, Charlotte helped me and since I couldn't find the charm that I wanted , she gave me other options and I found what I like. These two salespersons were nice and I felt welcomed there, please keep up the good customer service!! :) It would help the staff a lot if customers give a detailed description of what charm designs the want!

  You're right the staff are not approachable,when I went to this location the two girl.who work there just me give a look and let you feel that you can't afford to buy the Pandora I can't forget one of the name "Angel" when she saw one of the lady who dress well.she even give the brochure right away what kind of costumer service is that do they know the word good costumer service is? People make sure you dress well put what ever you can to look good because they will ignore you for sure nice one you guys make my day!!!

  Bought all my full bracelet of charms, rings and earrings at this location even got another bracelet and they can’t even do an exchange for the same bracelet but smaller size. Don’t even go to this store at this location waste of time
