  Four years ago I asked my husband to drop off my wedding dress (including veil and gloves) to dry clean them before I put to our storage room. I thought that it won't take that long to dry clean them, but months pass by and I got them back. I was surprised that this ironwood cleaners did not even put it in a box instead have my dress in a plastic. According to my husband we have to pay more so I said, it's ok coz I still have the original box of my wedding dress. In short, when my husband got home and handed me my "supposed to be cleaned wedding dress" I lay them down to our bed and making sure to fold it nicely before putting to box... and I got so upset when I saw that the (white satin design) flowers at the back of my dress were all ruined (a nice white flower looked like a peach dead flower over soaked in the water!). Also, my dress was not that cleaned and the design in my gloves was totally different ... in short my right hand glove was white and the other was yellowish. I mentioned it to my husband and asked him to bring them back and fix them for they should be careful with cleaning dresses especially wedding dress that has value and memories. My husband who works in the same area where ironwood cleaners is went and drop off my wedding dress. He told them the issue and the person he talked with took my dress back. After a month my husband stopped by to iron wood cleaners and asked when to pick up the dress, the person who works there at iron wood said that they are still waiting for those kind of the (fabric) satin flower. Couple of months passed by and I got my dress back, iron wood fixed them but of course it's not the same anymore, also my gloves were still the same! I got so upset but I gave up and just accepted that they couldn't fix the damaged they made to my dress. I also feel sad that ironwood was not even sorry for what they've done... they were even rude to my husband. Anyway you might be wondering why i just posted this now... It just happened that I already forgotten this issue until my sister's wedding is coming up this July and asked if she could borrow my gloves... I told her to think of buying a new one coz she might not like my gloves coz of the changed colours that iron wood cleaners did. Beware!

  This place is being run by people who are great and understand their customers. Having been here for alterations as well as dry-cleaning service, I must say these people know exactly what they are doing. Every time I've used their service, it has been very professional!
