  Trying to report 2 broken dryers in my building (looks to have been broken for at least a week. So far, I've been on hold 26 minutes and counting waiting for an operator (local BC # located on machines) to even just answer the phone. That price increase sure guarantees quality...not.

  Terrible terrible terrible customer service. My clothes have been stuck in the stupid washing machine for 2 days and they kept promising that they would send a technician to fix the washer and remove my clothes but noo, they did not. The worst company ever! 0 stars if I could, but Google would not let me rate it 0.

  Absolute nightmare of lies devious and a telephone line service that is never answered and leaves you on hold until you are forced to hang up I was promised a ten dollar refund after making over 100 2 hour hold time calls it was answered and I was told a ten dollar refund check coming in mail and No check never showed up this was 2 months ago now I trying to rephonebto ask where check us and again their telephone line has gotten Wirse define trip off stay away do not give them any of your money
