  Nice rooms, by the sky train and very friendly staff. The pool and fitness room are all in another building... quite a long walk. Downside is the rooms are pretty loud from the trains and airplanes. Bring ear plugs!

  Right on the sky train line. Amenities are excellent. Comfy beds to sink into after a day of hard travelling. Shower was awesome...no loss in water flow or temperature changes. Room well appointed and quiet. Nespresso Coffee maker and supplies were great. Interesting power system to each room...room key turns it on and off. A definite "return to stay" place.

  Great hotel. Very good location, close to airport and right on SkyTrain line to easily head in to Vancouver. The casino is pretty nice as it has been recently renovated. Highly recommended hotel.

  Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Pool, casino, lounge and proximity to everything in Vancouver was excellent. Employees were nice, however, I never feel like a valued customer. Employees do not feel personable or friendly. Housekeeping did a good job on the room. Maintenance also needs some attention. Few minor broken items around the room and property.

  Attended a professional event at the River Rock Casino and was an overnight guest at the hotel, right across the street. The space was immaculate and was extremely heavy on customer service. The room was very large, and the employees were quick to appease any questions or concerns we had in a very professional manner. Also being across the street from the casino, there is minimal traffic and have partially controlled crossings making it easy to get to or from. Overall it was a high class hotel and high class service, and I would recommend to anyone that could afford it.
