  They are a great pet store. The staff care about animals. They have organic and raw food options. They have toys and special items. They keep track of what you order and will return partially used bags of large food.

  A great neighborhood pet store (super market size). They are well organized, clean and carry good range of products. They may not have the most competitive price, but you can always find some good deals on different products every time you visit the store. Their staffs are very friendly too, just ask them and you will receive A+ service.

  They also have a loyalty program for buying dog food so you get a free bag after 12 bags.

  Staff were kind and trying to be helpful, but when it came to it they really didn't know what they were talking about. I came in to buy a car ramp for my injured dog, and the only one they had left had been used - it was scratched up and the adhesive grip had completely fallen off. The salesman tried to convince me it was new, and that the grip wasn't meant to be on. That the dogs would only need the bottom half to grip...

  We’ve been going to this store for our dogs for the past 5 years. They’re really good with ordering things for you if you can’t find it at their stores and will bring it in at reasonable prices.

  This particular location has a self wash area for you to wash your pets and is also one of the larger locations.

  I live 5m away from this pet shop and they happen to have the raw food brand I always buy for my little puppy. The staff are super nice and very friendly. Keep up the good vibe!
