  This Tisol is the best. They have everything you need for your pets, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My dog gets excited every time we go to Richlea because she knows we'll visit Tisol and she'll get a treat.

  I was at Tisols today purchasing dog food. I must say I was quite offended when the clerk pointed to a sign that said 'seniors day' and if someone was 60+ then a discount would apply. ... and asked me if it applied to me! I'm in my early 50s! I would suggest that Tisols staff be a bit more sensitive, and respectful. The clerk said that she feels frustrated when people don't tell her the discount applies until after she's run in the sale... not my problem, that's your job.

  Awesome service. There was a shortage of Acana Single Source Lamb, helped suggest another brand with similar ingredients. Return/Exchange policy is great.
