  Our boiler started dripping water on New Year's eve. A friend recommended Impetus Heating and Plumbing for their reliable work and reasonable pricing. An appointment for Wed was assigned promptly on the evening of Jan 1, Monday. As the situation was quite urgent I requested for an earlier appointment and was thankful given an appointment on Tuesday. Terence came on time and after examination said that the boiler needed a replacement. I was given a quote right that evening. Terence even juggled his fully booked appointments to accommodate us. The job was completed on time and professionally. Before Terence and his team left Terence explained patiently on the operation of the boiler and clarified all my concerns and queries. So far, I have already referred 3 of my friends and neighbors to this company.

  Terence and Impetus Plumbing were recommended to us by another resident in our building. They came just as well recommended, did a speedy and thoroughly effective job repairing our toilets and then also did a quick handyman job on a loose faucet in our kitchen countertop at NO additional charge. Both Will and Chris were friendly and pleasant plumbers while they were here. 5 stars for sure

  I called the company to get my shower head replaced (I broke it off one day while showering) and they were able to come the next day to fix it. Chris was very kind and quick. It took him about 10 minutes to install and I appreciate that he took the time to show me the different settings and features on my new shower head. Fair prices and great customer care, would definitely call them again if I run into any problems in the future.

  With months of constant plumbing problems in the old old building I work in, we have sought for help from several companies. They all solved the issue temporarily, but no one knew why it kept reoccurring! As the holiday season is passing by and many corporate events happening at work, the last thing we need were unusable washrooms. In short amount of time, the Impetus Team was able to identify the actual cause of the problem. Terence was very honest and patient with us as he thoroughly explained what was wrong, why it was happening and what the solutions were. He kindly took time to answer all of our questions (and we had MANY) too. Terence and his team worked extremely hard and really went above and beyond to ensure everything was in working order again JUST in time before all the corporate parties happened. Thank you SO SO much Impetus Plumbing and Heating. You guys are truly AMAZING!!

  Great Service! My toilet stopped functioning properly and Impetus sent Chris to my place to fix the toilet next day. He was professional, cleaned up after he was finished working, and even took off his shoes (much appreciated). Chris showed me how the inside of the toilet mechanism works in case I would need to solve some common problems in the future. A+
