    I owned a 2001 Nissan Xterra and drove it to over 320,000 KM on the original clutch; amazing SUV. Upgraded to a 2015 New as it was the last year being made in NA as I loved the Xterra that much!

    2 years and 57,000 KM and the clutch went on the 2015. Dealership would not help; stating the clutch is a wearable part. Many others online have experienced the same issue with similar or fewer KM's. Very poor customer service; I am not sure I could purchase a Nissan again.

    I am so glad I suffered horrible sales service at this Nissan Richmond dealership, or my wife may never have bought her new Honda. I went to test drive a Nissan Sentra for her in 2015, as she's too busy to shop herself. After viewing a news story regarding dealerships photocopying driver's licence info to gain personal financial data and negotiating leverage, I explained what I saw and inquired how it might be possible to test drive a vehicle without going through this step. In other words, they can see my licence, but not photocopy it. I was immediately rudely dismissed, which I am now eternally grateful for. The new, top of line Honda Civic we've had the last two years has been wonderful.

    We have Nissan Leaf for 2 years and non washable rusted spots appeared on its body. No help from nissan canada. they said it is environmental, you should keep you car in garage and don't drive it..

    Own a 2011 Murano LV, broke down 2 weeks ago. Got it tow to Nissan dealership, was told it needed a new transmission. The car has less then 55,000 km on it, but was told it's not under warranty because it's over 5 years. The car has never missed a service, which all has been done at the dealership. l email Nissan Canada 2 weeks ago and again last week and still have not heard or got a reply from anyone. I will never buy or recommend Nissan again. Very disappointed with service & product.
