  This was my first time visiting a Nando's and it was a mix of fast food and table service. We had to first order at the counter and pay, but they would also come to the table and bring the food to us when it was ready. My favorite part of the meal was dessert. Although it was very small it was very delicious. The other main dishes of chicken were a bit too salty for my taste.

  Ownership of this location has clearly changed since the summer bc my first visit in July was great but upon my return in December it was a series of disappointment both in customer service and the food.

  They are unwilling to accommodate special requests- not that this is expected but it is always appreciated when customer service staff are willing to go above and beyond. Because they were out of all of our first and second choices we ended up with a plate of 2 thinly sliced, dry chicken skewers that had seen better days and a tiny bowl of wilted spinach for $20. Also don’t count on a sweet ending unless you want to pay $2.5 for diabetes i.e heavily sugared Portuguese egg tart. If you want a real egg tart visit St. Germaine’s Bakery in Aberdeen!! RIP good version of Nandos Ironwood, May you one day return.

  2) One time we did take out and the chicken was shriveled up and burnt (black). The chicken looked like it had be re roasted or heated up for the third time. I drove back and they gave me a new one without hassle. Easy.

  loved the customer service!! Loved the food (very tasty, and large sides). However the table we sat down at almost fell over when I put my elbows down and we had to move to a booth. I had to deduct a star. :( Other than that, it's super quiet, very fast and delicious. The manager on duty followed up at every table, asking how things were. Nicely done and worthy of another visit.

  So i litterally just got off the phone with a very rude member of staff. His tone of voice sounded as if he had the world of agression. I previously placed an order on skip the dishes and it consisted of Natas, however the food made it to me except the natas.ofc i was furious but then I called skip the dishes ans they told me they will double the order next time i place an order. I began to explain to the guy while in the middle of my explaination he goes “ You will have to call me back in 10 mins” being admant as I am i continued talking to him and he asked me where did the order come from and i replied the branch on 41st ave, he then replied in a grumpy tone “ WELL THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME ALLRIGHT !! OK !! “ In my mind I was like “ Did this guy loose his marbles ? “ because I was ready to let him know how his mother made him but instead I decided to be calm and say ok bye taking in consideration that I don’t want anyone to spit in my food. Good luck Mr grump hopefuly your wife gives you what you require tonight HA !
