This one's tough to star. I want to give it 3 cause most stores don’t draw traffic as in no one really shops them. Many obscure fashion stores.

But then it's worth 5 stars for their efforts in bringing in new entertainments(art exhibits at) every month around the water fountain feature. Place is clean and airy, very nice to walk around. Pretty good restaurants, Daiso (Japanese 2 dollar store) grocery, Asian food court.

Parking lot design maximizes parking space. But at the cost of the stalls being smaller and the turns tighter. Beware of the parking stall area which leads up to a private access gate as larger vehicles will be challenged to turn around. Combine that with inconsiderate and unskilled drivers during peak hours makes a less than positive experience. The food court has a decent variety to choose from, and there is some tenant turnover, with stores coming and going. Families will be surprised that an indoor playground (somewhat on the pricey side) has been shoehorned inside the mall, and the little ones will enjoy the musical fountain when it's on. If the mall hosts a special event, it can be a gong show, with crowds galore.

One of the older Asian malls in Richmond. There are many different businesses operating here, primarily catering to the Asian clientele. But the mall is also popular with non-Asian people. There are many fashionable businesses for younger and older clients. The mall has several travel shops with interesting destinations on display to entice the mall goers. There are several stores for young and fashionable. The mall also several Chinese herbal medicine shops. It has a large food court. There many choices for foods. You can get Chinese or Japanese dishes. Many different teas are also available. The mall is conveniently reached by skytrain. The Aberdeen Mall station is right at the entrance to the mall.

Parking is worth a 2 since its layout causes traffic jams during peak hours.

Nice and clean Asian mall! Very clean and ample space to walk around, even run. They have festive decorations and the holiday season. The mall is not nearly as large as a typical North American mall but it still has its decent stores! Only two significant anchor stores: H-mart and Daiso. There's a fair amount of garage parking but spaces can be tight.

This is the best and clean Asian mall with unique stores in Richmond. The food court has many selections of Asian dishes and drinks which are absolutely great and inexpensive, I’ve mostly enjoyed. Moreover, this mall has fun activities and performances on the festival days. Disappointingly, the parking lot is always full packed during busy hours despite good sizable parkade and free.
