  No kids play area. Would receive a higher score if the mall management built a small area for kids to run around and stretch their legs. Especially for the under 10 age group.

  It used to have more affordable stores. It's getting really pricey and high class. Like where are us poor people supposed to shop now? It's becoming a new Oakridge

  Standard shops, common brands inside the mall. Not a whole lot of changes throughout. Food selection in the food court are alright but there also good choices outside the mall as well. Transportation is easy, with many buses to get by.

  If the news of redevelopment is true like those of Oakridge Centre, I'm excited for Richmond Centre's potential, but as it is, it's just another mall. The shopping centre is a middle-of-the-pack performer provincially and nationally, and it isn't hard to see why. There's nothing compelling about Richmond Centre despite its high-traffic location and ease of access by car or transit. Nothing sets this mall apart from any other mall in the region; every retailer listed in its directory can be found anywhere else—very vanilla retail profile. The one mildly redeeming quality is their dedicated fast-food dining area, Terrace, and the few sit-down restaurants attached to the mall.

  I do enjoy the variety of this mall. It's big, it has a wonderful, open concept food hall which features manned sorting stations you can leave your trays at. My only complaints for this mall are limited parking for the volume of customers this mall serves, as well as very very busy peak hours (to be expected, but overwhelming none the less!). Also, some less popular bathrooms in less central areas seem to be serviced less often. None the less, it's a wonderful mall, and I visit fairly often.

  Lots of clothing, tech, and shoes stores with big box anchors. Layout of the mall can be tiring for elderly or little ones to browse around. Great new food terrace which separates the dining from the shopping.
