    I have been with this storage depot for more than six months and i really like to continue to keep my personal belongings here. The staff members (like Steven Mr Zhang )are very friendly and tailor with care to your personal need and provide supreme professional advice about what dimensions of the locker would be best suitable to you, not to mention the security aspect due to 24/7 video surveillance system. The storage building is always kept very clean and tidy, the storage fee is quite reasonable in affordability. it is a pleasant storage experience.

    Employees have the worst attitude. Their customer service is a joke, feels no different form rural China. HELLO, THIS IS CANADA, WE ARE PAYING FOR SERVICES. Monkeys...

    use to love this place. use to be secure. Recently however, they never checked my locks or either of my storage units EVER. lock was missing and or broken on both and front end desks regulars were terrible all except one.
