  We rented a smart car from this business. The car rental was the cheapest we could find in Vancouver. I was in touch with Linda (one of the owners I think) over the phone and via email prior to arriving. Linda was prompt with replies and easy to get a hold of. However I was glad I spent so much time double checking all of the terms and conditions because there are errors on their website. In addition, I made sure to get everything Linda said over the phone in writing because when we arrived to pick up the car and pay Linda tried to make us pay the price for being an underage driver of $8 per day even though she quoted us $5 per day. We also wrote down the cheaper price for extra kilometres that Linda quoted us over the phone (10c per km after we crossed 3000km instead of 15c) which was also forgotten on arrival. Furthermore we rented the car for 28 days yet Linda incorrectly charged us the young driver fee for 29 days and when we argued this point she said that ‘the computer does it’.

  Hired an SUV for 3 weeks and had a ball driving around the ski fields of BC. Everyone was so helpful and the price was awesome... especially for us under 25 year olds. Cars are older, but well maintained and in great condition. Had a battery fail in the extreme cold and they paid for the replacement without any issues. Will definitely give these guys a call next time I'm back in Canada.

  After many hours of trying to find a car rental place in Vancouver that will rent to young people I came across this place. The cars are older but well maintained. In my rental I had a 2001 PT cruiser. Even tough I drove over the included KM included per day - I was not charged any extra.

  We had no issues with the car that we hired. When we dropped it off we took pictures of the condition of the car with one of us in the picture which proved as useful evidence because two weeks later we received an email from Linda saying that we received a red light fine during our time renting the car and that she had taken $200 from our credit card. We knew immediately that there was a mistake as we were not in Vancouver on the date that the car made the red light violation. We checked our details and realised that the number plate from the car in the picture we had taken was different to the one on our rental agreement. This meant that Linda had mixed up our number plate with another customer who had rented the same car model from their company. Linda was difficult to convince over the phone, and only accepted the fault was hers when we sent her the picture of the car that we took with one of us in it. When Linda put back the money on our credit card we lost $5 in the international conversion even though it was her mistake.

  Lots of great deals, just talk to them about what you need and they will always accommodate. Close to the airport and skytrain. Also do sales and detailing which is convenient to have it all in one place!

  Overall, a good experience. Can't beat the rates, and they will rent to you when others won't. So If you find yourself turned down by the Hertz and Budget's of the world, these guys won't.

  But the vehicles are well maintained. I've rented from them a few times now and never had an issue. I would definitely recommend them.

  Over all, the car was probably more affordable than other companies. However this positive comes with many issues that we faced with the owners. Our advice, be careful and document everything that they tell you!
