  So what I had to do was call the front desk from my cell phone then have them put me through to the occupants room. It was a ridiculous issue to have.

  Their policy for calling up to a room was inconvenient. I told them the name and the room number while I was in the lobby, but they weren't going to call the room to inform the occupants that I had arrived.

  Facility is well maintained both inside and out. Free Convenient transportation to airport. The security for the hotel and for the casino are courteous and respectful.

  The buffet was super delicious. I ate a plate of king crab legs the size of my head ! So many farts later. The wait staff was very prompt and courteous. Timely refills of my coffee kept me happy. Unlimited won ton. Hip hop hooray.

  Not a guest, I was only there for a 3 day work conference. The catering was varied and fantastic, suiting the wide dietary needs of our group and the staff slipped in and out of the room to set up so silently we did not even notice them. The bathrooms were well maintained and the floor staff in the main hall were quick to open doors for us. Overall great location to have the conference.

  I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. There's never a moment with an empty glass. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of food for a pretty good price.

  We stayed for an anniversary two years ago. Loved the room, service and the higher end restaurant. The casino was wonderful with plenty of variety including real video poker which is not available in Washington! We returned just a week ago and everything had changed at least in the casino area! They were completing a remodeling which was NOT INVITING! The video poker was NO WHERE TO BE found after traveling from Washington! Finally found (probably the last machines there and being removed) a few macines in a corner of the casino......old and not fun! We decided NOT to stay and do not plan to return. The remodel seems to be focused in Asian culture, mindless slot machines, and some odd (a few familiar) table games with limited seating unless your are able to play higher minimum games. We were VERY disappointed with the changes.
