  This Costco is a great place to shop. Good prices on items and you can find very unique merchandise from time to time. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The lines move very quickly and the cashiers are very efficient. A few months ago I noticed the photo department had poster size prints for $10. And you can get them cheaper if you order online. Overall this place has great offers and amazing deals.

  Love the cheap hot dog, fries, and ice cream there. The fries and ice cream are the best. Better than the fast food restaurants out there. Merchandise are on average of good low value for larger bulk. They are good at handling warranties also. Had a Xbox with an over heating battery after a year of using it. They helped us exchanged it.

  I love Costco for its prices, and excellent return policies. It has a great selection of many unique items. Excellent electronic pricing. Excellent online ordering. Amazing fuel prices make other fuel stations pale.

  Overcrowded and stressful location to shop. yes, pay membership to buy bulky and pricey stuff you want (but may not need!). 1/2 of staff there are rude.

  Costco Richmond is one of the busiest Costco's in Canada. There is a line up forming 30min before opening. There is a very large parking lot however it is pretty much packed all day. The food line is always has 15+ people in it however the staff there are very well trained and they move the line remarkably fast. There is no such thing as a quick trip to this Costco.... Better budget at least 30 to 45 min to get in and out.
