  Lots of parking available upstairs and ground level. Navigating through the store is easy and offers great choices in household items. Great selection of discount clothing as well as men's watches. Good spectrum of colognes and perfumes.

  A sales associate in Richmond Hudson Bay called Linda has really bad attitude toward my friends and my mom. We went there twice and her attitude didn't change. My mom was checking if the cost on the receipt is correct, the sales just complained How slow my mom was.

  Decent selection of products. occasional sales. I fee that they have been cutting staff to the point where it is hard to find staff if you need them. However when you do, the staff is very friendly, knowledge and happy to answer questions. While it features Nespresso products, they do not have nesspresso capsules for purchase. They have occasionally sales that are quite good.

  A massive fashion, housewares and travel accessories company. They have so many styles of clothing, jewelry, accessories like watches, makeup and skin care. Plus they have housewares like bedding, kitchen gadgets, electronics, and more. They have luggage, travel pillows, and other items to make journeys easier. Like many "Bays", this one is sometimes understaffed and you might have to search around to get help. The good news is they frequently have specials and you can find great deals here if you hunt around. Parking is easy from the mall. Transit is also easy as they are on a Canada line and bus hub. They have ramps four wheelchairs and a really slow elevator.

  Disappointing customer service at the men's suiting area. Almost impossible to find any help and when you do they act very reluctant. Also given constant misinformation on tailoring prices, each person you ask gives a a different price, and they mention it'd be less since I bought the suit here. When I brought in my suit another day, the tailor quotes me a price much higher than previously and when I asked about a lower price since I bought it here, he says it'll bs cheaper by 50 cents. Rather pay more and take my money elsewhere than these dying department stores
