  Looks like they took over the location of the former (and bankrupt) NCIX. Service was friendly and prompt. So far a positive beginning for this new company taking the plunge into the higher rent computing/electronics retail market. Some of their pricing mirrors that of the former NCIX, being able to beat out prices of other stores in Metro Vancouver and even online entities such as Amazon.ca

  Finally after 3.5 weeks of waiting, another different salesman offered to follow up with the purchasing manager. The item I had paid in full and waited for almost a month was discontinued by the vendor and would not be shipped! Not only did several employees blatantly lie to me, the "manager" (who actually never reached out to contact me) offered to give a measly 8% discount on a different, much more expensive, and SLOWER kit of RAM.

  I went in store and placed an order (paid in full) for a clearance 16GB kit of DDR4 RAM, backordered from an Ontario warehouse with an ETA of 1-2 weeks. Curious about the shipment, I phoned the store every couple of days after 1 week and got the same reply each time - we are shipping over lots of inventory for our brand new stores and unfortunately have no way of tracking your order, but it's on the way!

  After 2 weeks and still no update from Canada Computers, I phoned in again. This time, a different salesman told me a different story - the previous person should have told you that it should be here after a minimum of 2 weeks, we can't track it, but it's on the way!

  I went in store and got a full refund, and the manager never once made eye contact with me, apologize, or even offer some sort of compensation for my troubles. Oh, and don't even bother calling the head office in Ontario or opening a support ticket online - there doesn't seem to be anyone answering those. I probably won't shop with this company ever again. Avoid Canada Computers at all costs!

  Back ordered a Logitech G610 Orion Brown from them back in the end of December. It's already February and still no word from them. It's not a discontinued product so no clue as to why it is taking so long.

  Best electronic store I have ever visited. The staff there will help you find your compatible pc components to build your computer. They will even take your time with patience and support. Service is definitely a hell yes!

  I couldn't get my headset working with my computer and they told me I could bring in my computer then they fixed it somehow.
