  Really disappointed. Was told to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Well I've been calling every week since week 5, and the headboard for my bed still isn't here (it has been 8 weeks). I am sleeping on a mattress on the floor. If I had known it would take this long I would have bought a different bed, or shopped elsewhere entirely. No one can give me a straight answer when I call. They always say "it will only be a few days" yeah right. Unsatisfactory experience.

  Update: I emailed them and got a call back confirming they should see furniture arrive to their warehouse in next couple of days. I will update review once I actually see my stuff arrive.

  Gave me LG package with my Samsung TV, had to drive all the way back to exchange it. I bought a floor model TV, so you’d expect some imperfections, but when I got home the whole side of it was scratched and I couldn’t return it. Be careful when buying from them.

  Called Leon's to inquire if the colour of the buttons on the charcoal headboard were lighter as shown in the online photo. Sales woman said, "No they are the same colour as the headboard". Well of course when I went into the store, the buttons are lighter than the headboard. I considered the grey, but unfortunately the dimensions online state Width: 64'' Height: 28'' Depth: 4'' (copied directly from their website) but the true dimensions once measured by the sales woman and I are W 61.5" x 23" H (not including legs) x 2.5" D. Far too short for my mattress with legs a gap would show. Easy change on your online website Leon's, save possible customers time.

  Appliances are good and modern with correct pricing (about the same as home depot) and they carry brands that home depot doesn't.

  Update 2: Furniture did finally show up undamaged but the sales person told me they would open the package and set it up and take away the cardboard. I asked the movers and they said no. I updated from 1 star to 2 star because it at least it arrived in good shape and people were pleasant. Total time was about 8 weeks. Pretty far off from 2 to 3 weeks I was told. I'm quite disappointed with the experience overall.

  Was told my furniture was to arrive from Edmonton in 2-3 weeks. It's been 5 weeks. I can't find my sales person. Left her msg's and voicemails. Have no idea when I'm suppose to receive my furniture. No one at the store can give me an honest answer. My first and last time buying from Leon's. A simple phone call to your clients to inform them about delays would be adequate, rather than ignoring phone calls.
