  Original: Put my information online just to see their rates, and the site didn't end up giving me any information on their pricing. Instead, I got several annoying texts, emails, and calls from UFC Richmond to join their gym. I figured they would stop after ignoring them but finally I told them to stop calling me, and a month later I still get a text from them. Can't say anything about their gym, but there has to be a less invasive way to reach out to people.

  I got several annoying texts and calls from Hemin from UFC GYM Richmond. I asked for the rate through text but he never gave me any information, and he kept calling me throughout the week during my work-hour which I cannot pick up. He never left any messages, instead, I get more annoying texts from him. Today, i got a text that reads "WHEN DO YOU WANT TO COME IN FOR A FREE CLASS OR TOUR". That's right, all in capital letters. I do not appreciate someone that I don't know yelling at me through text and keeps annoying me everyday at this level. This is not acceptable and is not how marketing works. Originally I was going walk-in this weekend and find out in person about the facility and pricing, but now that i have been given such unprofessional treatment from Hemin, I am no longer interested in getting a membership from the UFC GYM

  I got another two messages again from Hemin at UFC, this is not cool. I do not recommend adding your contact info to their website, they have sent me unwanted messages for months now.

  I asked Hemin about their hours and why they close early on fridays Saturday’s and sundays. He said that it’s only because lessons ended at 8 and there weights were open after. Got there at 8 and the janitors tell me to get out because it’s closed. I’m getting my refund tomorrow this place wasted my time and had to wait in the rain for the bus. Oval is still better option because they don’t lie to you.
