    Unprofessional staff and service. I went to buy home insurance but instead of showing me any options they did every effort to change my mind. The said they will get back to me but they never did. Terrible!

    I think any of this kinda store should have to serve clients if the clients come into the store before they close. Only refuse after closed

    Went there half hour before close for auto insurance address changing after a whole day class. This only needs to take 5min work, but I've got refused to do since a lady standed in front of the counter 30sec before I did. The agent said that lady needs 30min to finish the work and blamed me saying I came too late. BUT I went there 30min before closing.
