  Just reviewing a receipt for an item with these guys. Sales person included the extended warranty upsell charge without my consent nor was the product(warranty) ever discussed during the sale. That's a scumbag move and I know I'm not the first to be subject to this.

  What a trash place. First of all we cannot understand each other because the language barrier and secondly they said 3-5 days for my engagement ring to be resized and it has been passed 5 days and yet they do not have it and have nothing to say. Thanks great experience pal

  I live in the Yukon and was in Vancouver for business. I came to have my engagement ring fixed because I have a loose diamond. Thankfully I have the extended warranty! First thing was I told them I normally get it checked in Victoria and the lady at the counter said "then why don't you just go there" I explained I am about to board a flight and that the store in Victoria normally just ships my ring back.
