    Very good library, friendly staff. You can get help within minutes.

    I'm writing this review more for the Richmond museum which is part of the cultural centre. It's not a very big museum and there's usually not much to see or do in there. You'll usually see just a couple people in there at a time, if any. For the space that they have to work with, the exhibits are decent. 10 to 15 minutes is about as much time you need to see all there is to see per visit.

    YES. also they have a game and DVD dispenser that has great selection.
