  Great place. Lots of space and 19 theatres so there's plenty to choose from. The area is an entertainment zone with restaurants, bowling, ice rinks and other stuff at a walking distance from each other.

  We've been going to this location for over a decade. The place is a prime hang out spot on the weekends. We are happy with the theatre overall. Recommendation would be to open up more staff for popcorn stalls instead of having customers wait 10 minutes

  Comfortable seating, free parking, good audio although commercials and trailers play at ear bleeding sound levels. Washrooms clean and ample in size. Quick food if you're not especially particular. Restaurants available very close to theatres with free parking allow for real food and drink before or after a show. Very popular with locals.

  Sometimes the floor plan changes, and there are two entrances, so you can get s little turned around if you're new. Don't get discouraged!

  I also love IMAX and will continue to see movies here. The only thing that could improve it would be a VIP theatre and lounge!

  As a movie fanatic in Richmond, this is my go to place. Sure it's a tad bit pricey but personally, I'd say that's part of the experience. During peak hours, don't waste your time looking for parking closer to the front. It is very difficult to find and if your movie is starting soon, cut your losses. Other than that, a great place to go and momentarily get away from reality.
