    Lots of natural open space, good walking paths, and a few interesting sights to see. Great view of the water. Often windy! It's a great park for flying kites, BBQs, large gatherings. Not so much for playing soccer or football, for example.

    Quiet ocean view and Stevenson village nearby. Perfect place to take and enjoy sunsets.

    Great park and spectacular views. Just watch out for all the Snow Geese and Goose poop. Paths can be a mess from the little poopers not picking up after themselves! LOL!

    Lots of parking. Good place for flying kites. Very windy when I was there since there is a lot of open space

    The park provides spectacular views of the Fraser river. Best places to watch the sunset in Richmond.
