  When trying to book online, there are available parking reservation. When trying to use the BCAA discount, the parking spots are "full". The reply from YVR was a rude email. The Contract Services YVR – Parking & Ground Transportation person can not even spell correctly in her rude message. Bad, unprofessional service.

  Attempted to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 15 minutes then told managers are not available.

  The customer service representatives require extensive training in how to treat a customer. Had an issue with being charged a second time on site for a reservation already paid online. The first person I spoke to literally said "so what is your problem?" The second person simply began yelling at me about this was all due to my mistake. Not letting me explain that the system was experiencing issues and would read my license plate or my reservation code.

  Very nice parking lot near YVR. The shuttle is always prompt and we never waited more than a couple of minutes.

  Make sure you remember which stop to drop you off at as you'll be spending hours trying to find you car otherwise.
