The shuttle drivers are always pleasant and helpful but that doesn't make up for using my car for a ride and leaving trash and dirt in it.

My first experience with Park N Fly YVR leaves much to be desired.

Had my vehicle detailed, they did a lousy job asked for a re wash I made it to the airport a month later asked for the rewash , picked up my vehicle after the rewash and found that they did even wipe the window the interior doors or consol or gps screen basically a worse job than the first time confronted mgmt they gave me the impression it was my fault. Save your money and avoid Park n Fly. Take a cab instead!

We arrived back from our wonderful vacation from down south to find my wife’s jeep damaged from the Vancouver park and fly. The rear view mirror somehow got damaged and was dangling. We couldn’t figure out how this could have happened! There were missing vital pieces; that were probably thrown out; and nobody said anything til we got back to the car.Mellisa Morgan who Denied that this happened and was very rude to my wife. There was no apology or compensation, We won’t be using the park and fly in Vancouver anymore in the future

Think twice before you have them do anything other than park your car. Even theb, I would be hesitant to do that.

I brought my car in and decided to purchase one of the more expensive detailing packages. Upon return, I found my car had been dive bombed by some birds (poop everywhere!) and a poor wax job (not hand polished as noted on the service description - my door handles were white not black). I was surprised that they did not clean the car or recognize that the excessive bird poo was all over my newly “detailed” car and rectify the situation before they gave me the car back. Additionally, the upholstery had been shampooed, and the floor mats were excessively wet, causing not only wetness everywhere (seats included) but severe condensation inside my car. I have been drying the floor mats in my home at toweling off my interior windows before I can drive my car.

I understand that you cannot control birds flying over, but when I have brought my car in and paid for the whole detailing package, it would make sense to me that they should clean my car off when they see it completely covered.

There was an unwillingness to rewash my car until I specifically requested it, and I have not heard a response back from the Park N Fly team on how they will make this right. The customer service and responsibility for the lacking outcomes is shocking.

I've used this service a few times over the past year. Each time I dropped off a clean car and the last 2 times it was obvious someone not only used it (extra kms!!!) but there were crumpled up napkins in the cup holder plus a lot of dirt on the passenger side floor mat.

It’s cheaper to park at the Value Lot at YVR than here. I parked with them and my friend parked at YVR Value Lot. We were both gone for 4 days and my total came to $133 while my friend’s was $88. Next time I’m definitely parking at YVR since it’s closer AND cheaper.

I'll pay for a taxi from now on and leave my car at home instead of at the Park n Fly where someone is obviously using customers' cars.
