  I have always been very impressed with LD until my recent online orders. I ordered some items online twice, both time i selected to pick up at two different stores. I had to do it twice because no one from the store has gotten back to me. My first order was Sept 1 and I finally got a call from the store, on Sept 15. The person asked me if I'd still like to pick up the order and I said no, it's too late. I later on received a confirmation saying my cancellation was due to no stocks available. Well that was a lie. When I placed both orders from both locations, there were stocks. I was just gonna let it go but when I see the reason for cancellation (which was a lie) I had to share. I will also send a complaint letter to LD head office.

  Not so much when you consider I can buy the same card from the company I deal with in the US for $23USD, or from Best Buy locally for $35.

  This review is for London Drugs corporate- not for an individual store. They released their Boxing Week sale flyer today and as I am on the lookout for a couple of memory cards, I thought I'd check it out.
