My physiotherapist, Amy was amazing! She was very caring and helpful during my assessment. Greta, the receptionist was also very pleasant to deal with! Truly feels like a clinic that is focused on making patients better rather than on the money! Will definitely recommend this place to others. Keep it up :)

I had serious problems with sciatic pain running down all the way to my feet caused by wrong muscle usage from long term bad sitting position. Amy Tu is an amazing therapist. That problem, together with others like neck and shoulder pain issues were all treated with different approches and technique based on her impresive knowledge of how the inter-connected body works (muscles, nerves, ligaments, joints etc). She explains the connected parts that cause the problem like reading a computer blueprint. Amy could be a robot, so clever! The place is not big, but cozy and the staff are very friendly. Parking is also easy and never runs out of space. Just remember the parking space number and check in with that number during your visit - not need to pay up front. Highly-recommend this place.

But soon after I discovered Patrice Kong at PT Health in Richmond, my elbow injury started healing shortly after! His skillful experience knowing how to pinpoint the root cause of the problem by using the proper techniques helped turn my injury around :) Keep up the awesome work Patrice!

Sadly, I have been struggling with my stubborn in nature epicondylitis (tennis elbow) injury for the longest time. I have seen other clinics countless times and been very diligent with the rehab process but to no avail :(

The clinic is a bit small for a physiotherapy facility, but all staff are very friendly and patience. Currently, I am recovering from sciatica symptoms (sciatic nerve pain, numbness, weakness on my right toe & right upper hip area) and these types of pain tend to be different depending on where the pressure on the nerve occurs. Luckily my physiotherapist ---Amy Tu@ Richmond Physio, is an excellent therapist with tremendous of patience & knowledge in this field. She listens & evaluates my symptoms, history of injury,my MRI report & shows me a couple of useful tools during my recovering period. Amy also demonstrates stretching techniques that builds strength and relaxes stiff areas. After my 1st visit and practicing her stretching technique @ home, I can feel the difference on my right thigh(gaining more strength). Amy's knowledge & rehabilitation technique to strengthen the core are definitely recommended for sciatic nerve patients. Thank you, Amy & Richmond Physio Team.

Darren is amazing at what he does! He has a very holistic approach to the body and looks at the whole body rather than just the area that has suffered the trauma. He is very patient and kind and got to know me as a person in the short time we had together. I came in with a bad arm and could not work out or do daily simple tasks. Within a few weeks my arm was feeling much better. Along with the treatments I was also given some exercises to do at home to strengthen my arm. Everyone at the clinic is fantastic and really takes care of all your needs. The treatments as well as the client service is awesome and I highly recommend this clinic for all your physio needs!
