    worst service ever! the lady kept talking with her colleague , completely ignored my request of rejecting the package. Rather than returning, she processed as receiving and she told me it's irreversible

    Went here to pick up two packages. The staff person kept talking to herself and couldn't even enter the parcel number correctly so I had to help her find my two packages that were sitting right behind her. Even then I had to tell her that both of the parcels were mine, not just one. Complete incompetence.

    Terrible, rude customer service. Guy was extremely aggressive and rude.

    I have been to probably 20+ Canada Post offices and this one has by far been the worst experience. Kevin, the manager, was working. Canada Post made a mistake in putting in my address and Kevin refuse to admit it and said that he does not work for Canada Post and told us to f**k off after the lines started to get longer, as I tried to tell him what was going on. Has no patient and refuse to listen.
