    Don't use them for Canada Post FlexDelivery! They don't scan packages delivered there for FlexDelivery, so you won't receive an email from Canada Post to tell you to pickup your shipment. Tracking on Canada Post's website also won't work since they don't bother to scan FlexDelivery parcels, all you'll see in tracking is "item in transit to post office" and that would remain the status. After a couple of days of item being in transit to post office, you will then be certain something is not right and you'll call Jane's Tea Garden to inquire but no one will pick up the phone. So you have to actually go there in person. She will then bring out a package for you from the back, as if that's perfectly alright. If you ask what happened, she'll say go ask Canada Post, "I'm not Canada Post" she said over and over. Maybe okay for everything else, but just don't use them for FlexDelivery.

    Didn't expect that I could actually find some quality Chinese tea in this area. Love the service as well! 100% would recommend to people who admire Chinese tea!

    Jane the owner, welcomes you with a smile. The atmosphere is so pleasant with a wonderful aroma of the tea. I couldn't resist and bought a nicely wrapped box of Rose tea. The tea was so calming and tasty. Who would have thought that a post office can be so much fun!

    I went to this PO in person and was told they have nothing for me. Guess all three purchases made on the same day and shipped to this PO are all lost LOL.

    Still no news about these 3 packages. Whereas orders placed last Thursday but shipped to a different FlexDelivery address have already arrived at that PO. Same Canada Post account, 2 FlexDelivery addresses, 1 email address. All is fine with the address that is not Jane's!

    When it is slow, it's great to shop for teas and chat with the staff. And when it's busy, they work hard and fast to get all the customers served efficiently.

    I now have 3 more packages showing "In transit" after arriving in Richmond 10 days ago! Again, apparently none of them made it to Jane's Tea House, yet. I called Canada Post, they confirmed the PO needs to scan such mail items so that the ready-for-pickup emails will be sent to the customers. I didn't get the emails for the previous packages and I'm not getting any emails for the now missing 3 packages.

    I had the worst experience with this post office. Well, long story short, it took me over 1 week, dealt with with three staffs including the owner Jane herself, 3 trips to the post office, to pick up a parcel that they insisted I picked it up. I received no service, no help, and was dismissed.

    What a refreshing surprise was the visit to this special post office which is also Jane's tea Garden.
