  Parking is great, although the walking distance can be a bit far - Bring a hand truck if you're picking up heavy things. Parking spaces are very wide.

  Great experience , always a pleasure visiting this location. Packages have all been very professionally handled. I have had many item pick ups here and all have been 5 star no less :)

  I have also had negative experiences with just ONE person at Lansdowne Postal Service. She has no manners whatsoever in dealing with customers. Her attitude is stubborn and unrelentingly rude and annoyingly flippant. I find the other people in the store are far more pleasant and treat customers with respect and helpfulness.

  The staff is so elegant and does even want to help. She always thinks customers are asking stupid questions.

  Most importantly, service here is reliable and quick. I've probably picked up 40+ packages here over the past few months and none were damaged or missing.

  I come here regularly to pick up parcels. I have never had a missing parcel or similar issues like that, because they are quite organized and check your ID before you can take the package. They hold parcels for a longer time compared to places like UPS, which is a big plus.

  They offer fast service but that's the only compliment I'll give them. They were completely ignorant of how to process prepaid shipping labels. They insisted on charging me even after I had paid through Shippo. (Canada Posts online shipping service which the employee never heard of.). I had to drive to another post office where, no suprise, I had no issue and was out of there in minutes. If you need someone to sell you stamps theyre great. But there are Post Offices with far better trained staff elsewhere.
