  6 | 3 1 oz -what does that mean exactly? Maybe specify on menu if staff doesn't want to. I understand that the company wants to make money, and up-sell by getting people in with the Happy Hour, but this is not the right way of doing it. Just a suggestion to work on this because there is no chance we are the only people experiencing it.

  Party of 15 with a dinner reservation, late in the even. No waiters or waitresses came back to the table after hour 1. Hour 2 we finally got our cold food. 30 minutes after that I was in the parking lot throwing up from food poisoning.

  The wait is horrendous. Both to get seated and to get your food. Simply put they are understaffed. Earls is really lacking a go to signature dish, the closest one I would say is the ribs. Their burgers are good but really not at a signature level. Their steak and sushi is average at best, Baja fish taco is consistently served cold. Only saving grace is they have friendly servers. Really need to improve on the quality of food.

  This is the third time I have been to happy hour at Earls and the wait staff has conveniently left out information when ordering off this menu. It has happened twice at this location and once in Surrey. We specifically asked for the regular menus to be removed. Then when we ordered the highballs, I asked for white rum. The staff automatically assumed I meant some speciality highball at over $8.00 a shot. Now I do understand that people can be particular about this, but when you know it is happy hour, and we say remove regular menus, don't you think this would be appropriate to mention?   Really enjoyed the booth. Appreciated phoning ahead 15 minutes and a booth was available for us as i requested when we arrived. The service was excellent. Very good servers. Attentive.

  If only 2 staff members were rude to our party I would have given this place a 3 Star review. But this place was bad.

  Food was okay. I appreciated them changing the garlic fries to yam fries. Much better. The chicken tacos were very small but tasty. Cheesecake was excellent. The blackened chicken was a little too burnt.

  This is our family's favourite earls. The servers are always attentive and quick! They always make us feel special like giving our daughter her apple juice in a shiny copper mug. She was thrilled. Food is hot and tasty. What more can you ask for.
