    If you need to find a staff to talk to will be like a scavenger hunt. If you lucky, you don't have to wait in line. If there are other similar pet store, I will go for the other .

    Lots of parking. They have cats for adoption. Clean and tidy pet store that doesn't smell.

    Has the essentials but not the dog food I need (acana) and prices comparable to some independent stores. Was a good place for a kennel bed. Also not a big selection on kennels for big dogs for flights, had to go elsewhere.

    Pretty much has everything you need for your pets. Staff are always welcoming and helpful when needed, as it's a big store and a bit harder to find specific items.

    It's convenient for me there to get dog food on my way home they have a good selection
